The thing about lots of hosting companies is that they try and walk your site into the back of their server stack. Most of the time. By this we mean they change your hosting service too early.
What were they thinking?
Hosting isn't always that exciting. So someone hosts your site. Hooray. Then someone else host's your site and they have it for a while. That's an interesting development. Maybe later they'll keep hosting it and indeed they do and apparently that deserves a round of applause.
They must be having a laugh. That's a pony you spent on hosting fees you'll never see again.
Us on the other hand, well, you may like suddenly us. Oi Oi!
Do we support cloud hosting? Did you say cloud hosting? 'Course we do you muppet! Look at our faces - we love a bit of it! So if your current hoster has let you down with it, we can do your a favour.
