Custom B2B Dealer Web Portal with ISAH ERP integration for a Global Brand

Legend Fleet, a global manufacturer of flooring, liners and accessories for commercial vehicles, was already a well-established brand, known for its innovative products made from recycled materials. As well as their own products, they work with brands such as Rivian and Ford developing OEM solutions for their vehicles.

When they approached us, they were just finalising an impressive rebrand—not just a visual refresh, but a full brand framework that reflected their values and ambitions with our friends at HELLO Studio.

However, their existing website, built on HubSpot, was a major barrier to growth. It was disorganized, hard to navigate, and wasn't fully aligned with their newly defined brand.

Additionally, the HubSpot agency managing the site was fragmented, with developers scattered across the globe, leading to inconsistency and inefficiency. It also did not integrate with ISAH, Legend's ERP system.

Legend needed a website that would support their growth, attract key market segments, and communicate the value of their products clearly to upfitters, commercial dealers and OEM vehicle manufacturers.

User Experience and Technical Discovery

Step one was a discovery process, where we dug deep into Legend's business, products, and customer base.

We flew out to their headquarters near Toronto, Canada to meet their team, explore their operations, and understand their pain points. This onsite discovery process helped us understand their key key customer types: upfitters, vehicle manufacturers, and dealers—along with their routes to market, their challenges, and how the website needed to function for them.

From there, we worked with HELLO, their branding agency to ensure that the new site was not only beautiful but also functional and intuitive, reflecting the positioning and strategy of the overall brand framework. We focused on a clean, user-friendly design that would resonate with Legend’s diverse audience, while addressing the specific needs of their customers, particularly upfitters who might not fully appreciate the importance of vehicle flooring and liners.

Good planning results in great ROI

Within six months of launching the new site and customer portal, Legend saw a dramatic impact on their bottom line. The orders processed through the portal covered the initial investment in the new website, not just in sales, but in actual profit. Additionally, the streamlined experience meant fewer manual processes for Legend's team and a 24/7 service for their customers.

The new portal integrated seamlessly with their ERP system (ISAH), HubSpot, and Sage, providing a holistic solution for order management, invoicing, and customer self-service. In fact, this integration was so effective that Legend’s sales team could focus more on strategic growth rather than administrative tasks. Customers now had a space where they could place orders, track shipments, manage quotes, and access invoices—all in one place.

We also built in features that incentivised their upfitters and dealers, from training resources to a rewards system where they could earn points for promoting and selling Legend products. These points could be redeemed for merchandise, event tickets, or even trips, further strengthening loyalty to the Legend brand.

A digital platform for growth

Legend entrusted us with the task of creating a digital foundation that could support their ambitions, and the results speak for themselves.

The UK and Europe versions of the site are now in development, with multilingual capabilities and additional features to support their growing global presence.

We also continue to work with the amazing marketing team at Legend, supporting and consulting on Digital Marketing campaigns and measurement.
